She is survived by daughter, Michele Townsend (Dwight); son, John Frasier (Michelle); grandson, Daniel Frasier.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Frasier; parents Finis Hines Kelly Sr. and Annie Bell Glass Kelly; twenty brothers and sisters.
