Sheriff warns of bond revocation in February

Accused felons out on bond were reminded by Sheriff Eric Clark they have a court appearance in February or risk having their bond revoked.

“If you are out on a felony bond in Neshoba County awaiting action by the Neshoba County Grand Jury, your next bond return date will be February 2nd at 8:30 a.m. in the main courtroom at the Neshoba County Courthouse,” Clark said in a social media post Monday.

“Failure to report in person for bond call on the above date, time and location, can result in your bond being revoked or being denied.”
