Savannah Blair Henry

Funeral service for Ms. Savannah Blair Henry will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at Tucker CERF Building with Bro. Eddie Johnson officiating. Interment will be in Holy Rosary Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Tuesday, January 7, 2025 at Tucker CERF Building.  John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Henry, 33, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, AL. She enjoyed watching movies, playing games, whether at the casino, board games or arcade games. She worked at Pearl River Resort for 7 years as a cocktail server where she made many friends. Savannah loved spending time with her son Oliver every chance she got.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Beth Henry; sister, Gwendalyn Leann Simpson.

Survivors include daughter, Madelynn Henry; son, Oliver Carr; father, Jerome Henry; sisters, Fallon Vasquez, Jasmine Henry; brothers, Miles Henry, Jeremy Henry, Jeremiah Henry; 2 very special people, Jeremy Bell and Courtney Rivers; numerous nieces, nephews, friends.

Pallbearers are Miles Henry, Rafael Vazquez, Sebastian Vazquez, Adam Dixon, Jr., Chris Evans, Jr., Jake Chickaway, Michael Bell, Todd Bell.  Honorary pallbearers are Oliver Carr, Lucas Vazquez and Delton Cox.
