Mr. Kempton, 89, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022 at his new home in Philadelphia MS. He lived most of his life in Palm Bay, Florida where he was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Melbourne.
Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Judith Kempton; son, Lee Kempton (Deborah) of Minnesota; daughter, Cynthia Kempton of Philadelphia, MS; four grandchildren, Joshua, Curtis, Kayla and Kathryn; two great-grandchildren, Charlotte and Winry.
