Funeral services for Ms. Sally Mae Steve will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at St. Therese Catholic Church with burial in Simon Isaac Cemetery. Visitation begins at 5 PM Monday, March 9, 2020 at the home of Miranda Farve, 831 Black Jack Road. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge.

Ms. Steve, 76, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at Holy Family Medical Center in Desplaines, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Claude Yates Steve; parents, Joseph Billy, Sr., Lily Mae Isaac; son, Rateree Steve; sisters, Nancy Farve, Oree Bell, Madie Bell Garcia, Mary Frances Billy; brothers, Terry Billy, Joseph Billy, Sr.

Survivors include daughters, Saberina Steve, Valerie Clayton; sisters, Mattie McMillan, Dessi Bownas; brother, Julius Billy; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Alexander Clayton, Sr., Alexander Clayton, Jr., Coty Selby, Jassam Steve, Victor Torres, Andrew Seat, Rodney Steve, Clifton McMillan, Jr.
