Ms. Rhonda Lou Billy, 57, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born in Chicago, IL but lived in Neshoba County most of her life. She worked in surveillance at Pearl River Resort and enjoyed beading. She was of the Mennonite faith.
Ms. Billy was preceded in death by her father, Collins Billy Sr.
Survivors: Mother, Lilly Billy; Sons, Scottie Wallace, Narron Cotton and James Willis; Sister, Angie Billy; Brother, Collins Billy Jr.; (1) Grandchild.
