Police investigating house, vehicle burglaries
Police are investigating a string of burglaries that were reported over a three-day period last week.
Philadelphia Police Detective Bobby Pattillo said that incidents included three vehicle breakins, including two on Tuesday and another on Thursday. Pattillo said a residence was reported broken into on Wednesday.
“All cases are currently under investigation,“ Pattillo said.
On July 14 a vehicle was broken into on Seale Cove and some jewelry was reported missing. That same day a vehicle was broken into on Blount Street and a set of speakers was taken, Pattillo said. A third vehicle was broken into in the Walgreens parking lot on Thursday, July 17.
He also said that on July 16 a residence was reported broken into on Northwest Street and a television set was reported missing in that case.
He said none of the incidents appear to be connected.
