Police Chief Greer retirement announced

Philadelphia Police Chief Jullian Greer will retire on Dec. 31, it was announced Tuesday night at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.
Greer was named police chief in August 2019.
A 28-year veteran of the department, Greer served as assistant chief for nearly 10 years.
