Philadelphia Police make 3 arrests in ATV dealership break-in

A Philadelphia man and two juveniles were arrested in connection with an attempted break-in at a Beacon Street ATV dealership last week.

Deontae Boler, 20, of 100 Cistrunk Avenue, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct-failure to comply and commercial burglary. Boler bonded out on June 16 on $10,500 in bond.

Philadelphia Police Detective Bobby Pattillo said two juveniles were also involved and are being tried as such in youth court.

Pattillo said the three were discovered breaking into the building in the early morning hours sometime after 1 a.m. on Monday, June15.

He said the case has been submitted to the District Attorney’s office for consideration at the next grand jury.
