No action taken at special meeting
No action was taken during a special called meeting of the Philadelphia Mayor and Board of Aldermen last Thursday at City Hall, officials said.
The board voted to go into executive session after the meeting started for the stated purpose of discussing the possible purchase, sale or leasing of lands.
Mayor James A. Young said he could not talk about the business discussed.
“No action was taken. That’s all I can say,” Young told the Democrat.
