Neshoba Central beats Ridgeland in overtime

The Neshoba Central Rockets, currently sitting at 19-4 and 3-2 in region play, dropped a close one to the Canton High School Tigers 61-53 last Tuesday. Three days later, the Rockets rebounded and defeated the Ridgeland Titans 63-57 in overtime. 

The Rockets played Holmes County Central on Tuesday night. 

The Lady Rockets are currently 21-3 and undefeated in district play. 

They are currently on a 12-game winning streak, having destroyed both Canton and Ridgeland last week in district games. 

The Lady Rockets were set to play Holmes County Central Tuesday night at home. 

Philadelphia High School

The Tornadoes picked up two wins last week in district games against Lake and Newton to improve to 3-11 overall, and 2-1 in district play. 

The Tornadoes were set to play Nanih Waiya on Tuesday in district play.
