Funeral service for Ms. Nell M. Spurlock was held 2 PM Sunday, October 26, 2022, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. Interment was in Good Hope Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Spurlock, 88, passed away Wednesday October 19, 2022, at Regency Hospital in Meridian, Ms. She lived in Meridian most of her life. She was a CNA, and her family was her life.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester Davidson, Emma Bozeman Davidson; daughter, Donna Marie Spurlock; sons, Ronald Glenn, Terry Dewayne, Carl Sherman Spurlock; sisters, Ethelle Ladd, Pauline Watkins, Mae Collins, Bertha Evans, Lou Monroe; brothers, Buddy, J.D., Grover Davidson.

Survivors include daughters, Carla Bell, Cindy Vanpool; (10) grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews.
