Milton “Thomas” Jayroe

Funeral services for Milton “Thomas” Jayroe, 78, of Philadelphia, MS will be 10:00,  Thursday, April 21 at John E. Stephens Chapel. Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 PM.  Thomas passed away Sunday, April 17, 2022.  Dr. Billy James and Bro. John Stephens will officiate the service. Burial will be at Bethsaida Baptist Church Cemetery in Philadelphia. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Zanie Jayroe; brother, Bobby Jayroe; and sister, Inez Mott.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; daughters, Savonna (Robert) Mikell, Tarla (Keith) Page, and Valerie (Tan) Watkins; grandchildren, Dinnon (Megan) Breazeale, Neylie Breazeale, Avery (Erica) Lovern, Konner Lovern, and Jude Watkins; two great-granddaughters, Daisy and Vada Lovern; brother, Tony Jayroe; sister, Ruth Whitehead; uncle, Pat (Milbur) Posey. 

Pallbearers are Dinnon Breazeale, Avery Lovern, Konner Lovern, Jude Watkins, Daniel Wand, Stacy Lashley. Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Flowers and Leon Sharp.
