Mary Lillian Montgomery Breazeale

A graveside service was held Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. from Cedarlawn Cemetery with Bro. Dudley Winstead officiating.  McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Breazeale, of Philadelphia, died Monday, April 3, 2023, at her home.

Mary Lillian Montgomery Breazeale was born in Jackson, Tennessee on November 20, 1930.  She and her family lived in Tupelo until 1972, and then moved to Philadelphia, Mississippi.  She was a member of First Baptist Church.   

Lillian is survived by her daughter, Vivian Breazeale; sons, James Breazeale and John Breazeale; six grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, James “Corky” Breazeale; son, Steve Breazeale; parents; Connie and Armenda Montgomery; sister, Connie DaLee of Tupelo, MS; and brother, Joseph Montgomery of San Francisco, CA.
