Malesia Polk

Funeral service for Ms. Malesia Polk will be held at 2 PM Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Redwater Gym with Rev. Mark Patrick officiating. Interment will be in Old Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Monday, January 24, 2022 at Redwater Gym.  John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Polk, 47, passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at MS Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. She enjoyed traveling, spending time with her family, kids, being on the beach and in nature.

She is preceded in death by her father, George Polk, Sr. and grandparents.

Survivors include her mother, Ezaline Tubby Polk; daughters, Lalyta Henry, Kennedi Henry, Melendez Steve, Taurean Willis; sons, Tanner Henry, Milton Henry, Jr., Titan Edwards, Ramirez Steve, Sez Willis; sisters, Virginia York, Georgiana Polk, LaToya Polk, Audriana Polk; brothers, Christopher Tubby, George Polk, Jr.; 2 grandchildren, Cohen Chatkehoodle, Raylen Henry.

Pallbearers are Richard Ben, Craig Willis, Robert John, Jimmy Tangle, Dominic Hernandez, Edgar Cauthen, Davien Billy, Christopher John.
