Larry E. Fisher

Larry E. Fisher (80) of Shreveport, La., passed away on Tuesday, Jan 4th, 2022. He leaves behind his loving wife of 60 years, Marti (Marveline) McClure Fisher; sons, Barry Fisher (Terri) of Shreveport, La and Bradley Fisher (Shauna) of Pensacola, Fl; a daughter, Belinda Fisher Clark (Bud) of Longview, Texas; Grandchildren  Spencer Clark, Carson Clark, Meredith Fisher and Bradley Fisher; and one Great Grandchild, Harrison Clark.

He is preceded in death by his Parents, Rev. and Mrs Louis Fisher of Florence, Ala.; brothers JW, Gaylon and David Fisher; and sisters Cloris Fulmer and Arline Richey.

Born and raised in Florence, Ala., Larry served in the USAF from 1958 to 1966. In 1968, He moved his family to Philadelphia, MS to manage Clark’s Dept Store until 1972 later opening his own clothing and record stores until 1982. Larry retired from a profession of Retail Sales after moving to Shreveport.

A Family service will be held at the NW Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Keithville, La, at a later date .
