Larry Dale Williamson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Larry Dale Williamson, a cherished resident of Louisville, who left us on Monday, November 25th, 2024, at the age of 77.

A funeral service celebrating Larry’s life was held on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Tommy Jones officiating. McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Larry was born on Wednesday, May 7th, 1947, in the town of Louisville, Mississippi. He was a devoted father and a hardworking machinist, committed to his community and family throughout his life.

Larry is survived by his loving children: son, Ronnie (Rhonda) Williamson; daughters, Menissia (Vern) Cowart, and Emily (Justin) Moffett; Eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Ambrose Theodis Williamson and Eddie Ruth Williamson; brother, James Williamson; and sister, Virgie Barnes.
