Summertime and cold lemonade seem to go together perfectly, especially here in the South. Tracie Ricks-Cleveland shared this sentiment when she gave a "Lemonade Lawn Party" for her friends and family on her front lawn to celebrate her birthday recently. Many of the ladies wore colorful outfits that fit the theme.
The theme was charmingly carried out with bright yellow tablecloths on tables with centerpieces of lanterns decorated with flowers, green lemon leaves and lemon slices with black and white bows on top. The plates were white with sprigs of lemons and leaves on them. Lemon printed cloths covered tables with glass beverage servers filled with pink lemonade and yellow lemonade served over tall glasses of crushed ice with a straw, cupcakes iced in lemon yellow, white, and green frosting. Wonderful food was served and enjoyed by everyone. Everything was perfect, including fun games with prizes.
The guests seemed to have a blast! They "Squeezed the Day" as the motto on a cute wall hanging advised! Happy Birthday to Tracie!
