According to Robert Wilson, Leake Academy's Miriam Prince scored a career-high of 40 points in the win over Simpson and the most points by a player at Leake Academy in 33 years! He predicts that if this 5-foot-8 junior guard keeps on playing as she did in the recent game against Simpson, the colleges will come with scholarship offers

This amazing feat of basketball prowess exhibited by Miriam did not come from luck, but rather from identifying her weaknesses and correcting them by practice. She is a talented player who has worked hard to improve her game and seems to have succeeded. She is able to focus during play and it shows. Her parents are Philip and Valeria Prince. Congratulations!
