Just Among Friends
Congratulations to Miley Fulton, who was chosen as a member of the 2025-2026 Secretary of State Michael Watson’s Student Ambassadors!
Watson’s Student Ambassadors Program is a cooperative program for high school seniors. Through the program, the students with a passion for leadership and state government will be prepared to return to their schools as proponents of voter education and awareness.
The students will regularly interact with leaders in the Secretary of State’s office and the state Legislature while establishing a network of students sharing similar interests. Miley is a senior at Neshoba Central High School.

Precious little Hadlee Gail Simmons made her debut into our beautiful world on April 22, much to the joy of her parents, Jonathan and Savannah Jones Simmons. She is now a member of an extended family with great-grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, great-uncles, and cousins on both sides of the family who are already in love with her. Congratulations!

Bonafide (adjective; real; genuine; authentic). This was the theme for an event at Philadelphia High School. The Graduating Class of 2025 was honored with a mouth-watering meal in the school library and perfect for the occasion.
Seniors were greeted with beautifully arranged trays of fruit, which looked like something out of Southern Living magazine, and other tasty choices.
Kimberleee R. Boler said it was a profound honor to serve the graduating class of 2025 at Philly. She believes they have consistently shown an extraordinary resilience and determination, rising to meet challenges with an unwavering spirit.
Each student was awarded a “Bonafide Senior” certificate from the hostesses, most of whom are Philly alums. You Can’t Hide That Philly Pride! What a kind and thoughtful thing for these ladies to do!
