Juan-Manuel “John Boy” Perez

Funeral service for Mr. Juan-Manuel “John Boy” Perez was held 2 PM Monday, December 13, 2021 at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Marvin Wilson officiating.

Interment will follow in Victory Fellowship Cemetery. Visitation was from 12-2 PM Monday, December 13, 2021 at the John E. Stephens Chapel. Mr. Perez, 31, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021 in Union, MS. He enjoyed carpentry, woodworking and working with horses.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Vanda Welch-Lopez.

Survivors include his parents, Desma Ann and Jose Fuentes of Philadelphia; son, Jaxx Perez of House, MS; sister, Elysia Perez of Philadelphia; brother, Julian Fuentes of New York; fiancé, Kayla Skinner of Newton; mother of his son, Jessi Weir of House; several uncles, aunts and cousins.
