Joe Willie Stewart

Funeral services for Mr. Joe Willie Stewart were held on Thursday, January 14, 2021, at 1 P.M. from the chapel of Beck Funeral Home with Rev. Dewayne Peebles officiating.  Burial was at New Prospect M.B. Church Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Stewart, 89, of Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Neshoba General Nursing Home.

He is survived by his wife, Leona Bert Stewart of Philadelphia ,MS, one brother, Bennie Stewart, his children, Tony C. Stewart, Clarissa Jernigan, Tim Stewart, Joann Johnson, Victor Stewart and Anthony Brand, eight grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, four step grandchildren and 14 step great grandchildren.

Family and friends served as pallbearers.
