Graveside services for Mr. Jesse Ledell Alford was held at 2 PM Monday, November 25, 2024, at Sandtown Cemetery with Rev. Justin Peden officiating. Visitation was 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM Monday, November 25, 2024, at John E. Stephens Chapel.

Mr. Alford, 87, passed away Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at Neshoba County Nursing Home. He lived various places before returning home to Northbend in 2000. He worked for Red Ball Trucking and his hobby was fishing.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Martha Bobo Alford; parents, Hubard H. and Lavelle Ferguson Alford; sister, Sandra Cumberland.

Survivors include son, Ken Alford; sisters, Billie Peden and Judy Gray both of Philadelphia; brothers, Hughie Alford and Jerry Alford both of Philadelphia and several nieces and nephews.
