Jerry (Mike) John, Sr.

Funeral service for Mr. Jerry (Mike) John, Sr. were held 10 AM Saturday, June 25, 2022, at Faith Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Allen Peoples officiating. Interment was in New Canaan Cemetery. Visitation began at 2 PM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church.  John E. Stephens Chapel in charge of arrangements.

Mr. John, 57, passed away Saturday, June 18, 2022, at his residence.  He liked being with his grandkids, watching football and was a Nascar fan.

Preceded in death by wife, Lisa Hills John; parents, Grady John and Betty Solomon; sister, Maegan John; brothers, Willie Solomon, Sr. and Scott John.

Survivors: Son, Jerry John, Jr.; sisters, Sylvia John, Sandra Thompson, Shelly Bell; 2 grandchildren.
