Graveside service for James Wesley Nichols, Sr. was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 5, 2021 at Spring Creek Cemetery with John E. Stephens officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel in charge of arrangements.

James Wesley Nichols, Sr. “Jimmy”, 77, passed away on February 1, 2021 at Merit Health.

He lived in Holly Bluff, MS and Warren County most of his life. He served in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant for 21 years and 8 months and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Stevens Masonic Lodge and Eagle Lake Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents James Ellis Nichols and Helen Bevis Nichols and his brother Bobby Eugene Nichols.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years Judy Jenkins Nichols; son Wesley Nichols; daughter Jennifer Fuson; brothers Billy Nichols and Steve Nichols; sister Sandra Kerr; (2) grandchildren.
