James Madison

Funeral service for Mr. James Earl Madison was held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 2 P.M. from Jerusalem Temple Church, with Bishop Stanley Jones officiating. Burial was at Donald Rest Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Madison, 72, of Philadelphia, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS. 

He is survived by his wife, Alice Peebles Madison of Philadelphia, MS, nine children, Tresonya Durden  of Byram, MS, Chasidy Madison, Kerrile Madison, and Preshan Clay all of Jackson, MS, Kimberly Madison of Hendersonville, TN, Damille Madison of Kansas City, MO, Cynthia Edwards of Dekalb, MS, Rachel Clemons and April Coburn both of Philadelphia, MS, four sisters, and three brothers.   

Family and friends served as pallbearers.
