Jacque Evelyn Fulton Barnett

Jacque Evelyn Fulton Barnett, 76, died on January 15, 2022. She was born on December 12, 1945, in Philadelphia, Mississippi. One of the biggest joys in life was her work at Tunica County Hospital where she met the love of her life, John Barnett. She and John made their home in Pearl, MS where they raised their beautiful daughters, Wendy and Stacey. She thoroughly enjoyed working with John doing mobile home repair. She always loved going back to her childhood home, spending time with family and friends and Saturdays in Oxford cheering on her Ole Miss Rebels. She was a member at Southside Baptist Church in Jackson, MS.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Barnett; her parents, Ernest and Prudie Fulton; her sister Leona Fulton.

She is survived by her daughters, Wendy Barnett and Stacey Cain; her sister, Gail Fulton; sister in laws, Eva Simmons and Martha Barnette and many nieces and nephews and friends.

Pallbearers: David Pienta, W.H. Horton, Sammy Horton, Tommy Barnette, Steve Nance and Larry Simmons.

A visitation for family and friends will be from 10 am to 11:30 am on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Sebrell Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be held following visitation at 11:30 am. Burial will be at Floral Hills Memorial Garden. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to your favorite charity in memory of Jacque Evelyn Fulton Barnett.
