Iva Lee Denson

Funeral services for Ms. Iva Lee Denson were at 9 AM Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with Father Alexis Zuniga officiating. Interment was in Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery. John E. Stephens Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Denson, 68, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at her home in the Tucker Community where she has lived most of her life. She was the director of the WIC Program for MBCI. She was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, and her hobbies were watching her grandkids play ball, reading and sewing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert Russell Willis and Corinne Henry Willis; brother, Darrell Willis.

Survivors include her daughters, Odessa Kelly Denson, Sharyn Carla Denson; sisters, Barbara Willis, Donna Jimmie, Cynthia Willis; brothers, Mark Willis, Stuart Willis; (7) grandchildren; (1) great-grandchild and family friend, Wilma Simpson McMillan.
