Highway 19 bridge re-opened

Traffic is flowing more smoothly for people using Highway 19 south to enter or exit Philadelphia after the Mississippi Department of Transportation completed work to replace a bridge there late last week.
MDOT completed work last Friday night on the bridge next to Bumpers and the stretch of highway re-opened to traffic that night.
Work on replacing the bridge that had been closed since May began in early June.
