Harold Lee Amos

Funeral services for Mr. Harold Lee Amos will be held at 2 PM Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Pearl River Facility Building with Bro. Doby Henry officiating. Interment will be in Bogue Chitto Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at Pearl River Facility Building. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge.

Mr. Amos, 66, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2023 at South Central Medical Center in Laurel, MS. He was a veteran with the U.S. Marine Corps. Hobbies include Bogue Chitto Stickball, Watching TV, listening to music and he loved his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Tom Amos and Maggie Frazier Billie; son, Bruce Thompson; sisters, Glenda Billie, Charlene Amos; brothers, Wilson Billie, Jr., Jimmie Billie, Charles Amos, Leroy Billie, Acie Amos, Davis Lee Amos.

Survivors include daughter, Rebecca Thompson Blonco; sisters, Patsy Martin, Manzie Billie, Linda Clemons, Fannie Tubby; 2 grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Alejandro Martin, Bradley Wilson, Michael Briscoe, Cyril Amos, Dustin Morris, Auburn Jefferson; honorary pallbearers are Bogue Chitto Stickball team, Anthony Toledo.
