Gaston “G” Scott Tubby

Gaston “G” Scott Tubby,35, of Carthage, MS passed in peace March 16,2023 at home surrounded by family. He was born in Jackson, MS to the late Jimmy and Flora (King) Tubby on April 1, 1987.

Gaston will be fondly remembered by family and friends as one who never met a stranger. He loved to fish and excelled at cooking in which he took great pride.

He is survived by his loving daughter Mahayla K. Tubby of Carthage, MS, five brothers: Thaddeous Tubby, Robert (Peggy)Patrick, Mark (Darlene) Patrick, Hershel Monk, Delvin Sam (Sonja) Monk, and two sisters: Paula (Landon) John, Clarissa (Amilcar) Cardona, a special friend, Jessica Lathem, as well as beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Visitation will begin on Saturday March 18, 2023 @ 11:00 and Funeral Services will be held at Pine Bluff Baptist Church in Sebastopol, MS @ 2:00 PM on Monday, March 20, 2023. Interment will be held at the Pine Bluff Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers: Demetrius Fifer, Joe Collins, Landon John, Marlon Lee, Richard Bell, And Tanner York.
