Here is how Neshoba County area prep football teams fared in playoffs Friday night:
- Neshoba Central 27, Lake Cormorant 24
- Copiah Academy 33, Leake Academy 21
- Tylertown 20, Union 9
- Pelahatchie 39, Philadelphia 35
The playoff game between Philadelphia and Pelahatchie was stopped in late in the third quarter when a transformer blew out at the Pelahatchie stadium. The game will be resumed today at 1 p.m. with Pelahatchie leading 27-20.
