Frances Cotton

Funeral services for Ms. Frances Cotton were held at 10 AM Friday, November 1, 2024 at Pine Bluff Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Patrick officiating. Interment was in the Church Cemetery. Visitation was at 3 PM Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Pine Bluff Baptist Church. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Cotton, 67, passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at Leake Baptist Hospital in Carthage, MS. She was a member of Nanih Waiya Mennonite Church and her hobbies included gardening, fishing, sewing and playing games on her tablet.

She is preceded in death by her father, Tubby Cotton; sister, Barbara Ann Cotton; brothers, Bee Cotton, Barney Cotton, Kurtis Cotton, Glen Cotton; granddaughter, Alexandria Rose Mingo.

Survivors include mother, Marie Willis Cotton; daughters, Connie Cotton and Tracie Gibson; brother, Danny Cotton, Sr.; 8 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and special companion Harry Wickson.

Pallbearers were Donovan Mingo, Isaiah Mingo, Kyle Mingo, Dustin Mingo, Cory Sam, Goodman Jim.  Honorary pallbearers are Montrel Wilson and Brandon Ragland.
