Emma Lewis Willis

Funeral services for Ms. Emma Lewis Willis will be held at 2 PM Friday, November 22, 2024 at the home of Ralph Sam, 775 Redwater Road with Rev. Carl Wilson officiating. Interment will be in the Redwater Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 775 Redwater Road. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Willis, 80, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Choctaw Residential Center. She was Baptist by Faith. Her hobbies included listening to the Grand Ole Opry on the radio and being around family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Willis; parents, Lee Lewis and Edna Wilson Lewis; sisters, Lillian Lewis Sam, Wilma Lewis; brother, Eddie Lewis; half sisters, Christine Thomas and Jennette Willis; half brother, Alex Willis; grandson, Andy Lewis.

Survivors include daughter, Mary Butler; son, Winfred Lewis; sister, Eleanor Torralba; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Shaun Kopaddy, Samandan Kopaddy, Devin Lewis, Leonard Kopaddy, Dennis Shoemake, Dravin Tubby.  Honorary pallbearers are Shane Butler and Sidney Butler.
