Funeral services for Mr. Eddie Lewis, Jr. were held on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 11 A.M. from the Church of Hope, with Rev. Steve Mosley officiating. Burial was at Donald Rest Cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Lewis ,56, of Philadelphia, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Neshoba General Hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Griffin-Lewis of Philadelphia, MS, one son, Damien Lewis of Philadelphia, MS, one stepdaughter, Candius Hogan-Triplett, two grandchildren, Candaysha Hogan and Travion Triplett, his mother, Vera Lewis, four sisters, one brother and one aunt.

Pallbearers were David McCarty, Stacy Burrage, Scottie Plummer, Dennis Davis, Cedric Steele and Maurice Backstrum
