Dorothy Quinn Barrier

Services for Dorothy Quinn Barrier were held at McClain-Hays Chapel on Thursday, December 10, 2020, at 1:00 p. m. with Bro. Earl Ferguson and Bro. Tim Vowell officiating. Burial followed in the North Bend Pentecostal Cemetery in Neshoba County.   McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Barrier, 92, of Philadelphia, died Tuesday, December 8, 2020.

She was born and raised in Neshoba County.  She worked at Wells-Lamont Corporation for 40-plus years and was also a CNA for several years.  Mrs. Barrier was a member of the United Pentecostal Church for 50-plus years.  

Survivors include children, Glenda Ferguson, Granville Quinn, Aletha Quinn Mitchell; five grandchildren; nine-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Barrier was preceded in death by her first husband, Earl Quinn; second husband, Oma Barrier; parents, Jessie and Mattie Mae Burkes; sisters, Pearl Jenkins and Ramona Shelton; and son-in-law, Howard Ferguson.
