Dorothy Jackson

Dorothy Jackson, 87, a retired music teacher, died Saturday, September 19, 2020 at Baptist Medical Center-Leake.

Visitation is 2 - 3 pm Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at the Wilcox Chapel with Bro. Dale Rogers officiating. Burial will follow in the Mars Hill Cemetery. Wilcox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Jackson was a native of Leake County and a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by her husband William B. Jackson, parents Hayes and Linnie Blocker, and brother Miller Blocker.

Survivors include: a sister, Patsy Coghlan of Carthage; a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are: Ken Coghlan, Glen Coghlan, Tim Coghlan, Nick Agent, David Jefcoat, David Alan Jefcoat, and Clay Coghlan.
