Mrs. Tolbert, 53, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Rush Foundation Hospital. Her hobbies include fishing, exercising and playing video games. She was a member of First Pentecostal Church.

Preceded in death: Mother, Diane Agent; brother, Keith Guyton “Guy” Agent, Jr.

Survivors: Husband, William Tolbert of Philadelphia; Parents, Keith and Beverly Agent of Philadelphia; son, Matthew Phillips McGee; nephew, Michael Agent.

Pallbearers: Andrew Kelley, Ralph Nowell, Michael Agent, Billy Hardy, Willard Benson, Matthew Phillips McGee and Barry Ward.
