Debra Elaine Thames

Graveside service for Ms. Debra Elaine Thames will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Donald Rest Cemetery with Rev. Doby Henry officiating.  Visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 PM Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at John E. Stephens Chapel.  John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Thames, 44, passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Anderson Regional Medical Center in Meridian, MS. Her hobbies included being outside with family and friends, watching sports, playing with granddaughter, talking with friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Thames; father, Willie Cotton; sister, Laura Hickman.

Survivors include mother, Gloria Dean Cotton; daughters, Ashley Thames, Hope Thames, Haiden Anderson; son, Tatum Anderson; sisters, Melissa Bell, Lois Hickman, Teresa Anderson; brothers, Willis Hickman, Jr., Carl Hickman, Eric Hickman, David Hickman; 1 granddaughter, Haizlynn Thames.
