David (Rusty) Barfoot

Graveside services for Mr. David (Rusty) Barfoot will be held at 3 PM Monday, March 15, 2021 at Cedar Hill Cemetery with Rev. John Stephens officiating. Visitation will be held from 1-2:30 PM at John E. Stephens Chapel. John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services is in charge.

Mr. Barfoot, 64, passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at his home. He was employed with the Pearl River Resort for 20 years and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and riding horses. Mr. Barfoot is preceded in death by his parents, James Chandler Barfoot and Dorothy Jean Bowman Catchot; brother-in-law, Carl Ellis.

Survivors include his special companion, Kathryn Gay; daughter, Mandy Nickels; sons, William (Destiny) Gay, Ryan York; sisters, Becky Ellis, Laura Catchot; brothers, Chuck Barfoot, Ricky Barfoot, Marcus Catchot; 6 grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Ricky Barfoot, Chuck Barfoot, Lucas Thomas, Paul Morris, William Gay, Tim Dean
