Funeral service for Ms. Christine Joe will be held 10 AM Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Pearl River Facility Building with Bro. Doby Henry officiating. Interment will be in Bogue Chitto Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 2 PM Monday, February 6, 2023 at Pearl River Facility Building. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Joe, 67, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2023.

She enjoyed spending time with her sister, talking and yard saling.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Billy Joe, Sr. and Mary Starr Joe; sisters, Mavis Ramirez, Virginia Mary Joe, Rose Catherine Joe; brothers, Billy Joe, Jr. and Charles Joe.

Survivors include sons, Michael Shaffer, Richard Irizzary, Wilson Irizzary; sister, Patty Ann Joe; 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
