Charles L. Ellingburg

Funeral services for Mr. Charles L. Ellingburg were held at 10 AM Thursday, December 19, 2024, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. Adrian Holley and Rev. Heath Ellingburg officiating. Interment was in East Lawn City Cemetery.

Mr. Ellingburg, 85, passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Neshoba County Nursing Home. He lived in Neshoba County most of his life and worked for the Neshoba County Road Department for many years. He was a member of The Sanctuary Church, and his hobbies were hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by wives, Carolyn Ellingburg and Hazel Ellingburg; parents, Luther and Pearlie Lillis Ellingburg; sisters, Catherine Adkins, Louise Cumberland, Marie Pilgrim, Lena P. Davis; brothers, Pete and Leslie Ellingburg; daughter-in-law, Lori Ellingburg.

Survivors include daughter, Gina James (Michael); son, Frankie Ellingburg; sister, Gertrude Herrington; brothers, David Ellingburg Glen Ellingburg; (6) grandchildren; (10) great-grandchildren.
