Mr. Cecil Watkins, age: 94, of Sebastopol, passed away on Thursday, December 10, 2020.

Survivors:  1 Granddaughter: Bridget Watkins of Forest; 2 Great- Granddaughters: Brittney Watkins and Brianna Watkins; Sister-in-law: Genevia Watkins of Pascagoula; Caregivers: Henry and Marcia Bassett; April Haugh;  David Rogers; Numerous nieces and nephews

Mr. Cecil Watkins is preceded in death by one son: Terry Watkins; parents: Jessie and Betty Watkins; two brothers: Jim and Odell Watkins; one sister: Willie B. Davidson
