Cash register stolen from beauty salon

A break-in at a Beacon Street salon last weekend is being investigated by Philadelphia Police.

“The case is currently under investigation,” Philadelphia Police Detective Bobby Pattillo said.

On Saturday, June 26, at approximately 12:40 a.m., the Philadelphia Police Department responded to an alarm going off at Goodness and Grace Beauty Bar, 250 West Beacon Street, Pattillo said.  

Upon arriving on the scene officers discovered the front door had been broken and entry had been made into the business. Investigations was contacted and responded as well. 

Pattillo said that the cash register was taken.
