The Philadelphia Mayor and Board of Aldermen is scheduled to meet at 1 p.m. today at City Hall to vote on a proposed $11 million budget that includes a 1-mill tax increase to fund pay raises for city employees.
The board did not take action on the budget during Tuesday evening’s regularly scheduled board meeting.
