Billy Holmes

Graveside service for Mr. Billy Holmes was held Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Eureka Baptist Church Cemetery in Lena, MS. with Rev. Dewayne Rigdon officiating. John E. Stephens Chapel was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Holmes, 78, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023 at his home in Scooba, MS where he lived most of his life. He was a Truck Driver and was a member of Binnsville United Methodist Church. His hobbies were hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Emit Holmes and Maud Christine Polk Holmes.

Survivors include his wife, Gina Talbott Holmes of Scooba; daughter, Krissy Williams (Taylor); son, Will Holmes (Anna) of Scooba; brother, Emit Holmes of Canton; (4) grandchildren, Paisley Williams, Seth Holmes, Kenley Holmes, Noah Holmes and several nieces and nephews.
