Funeral service for Mrs. Bessie Jane Peebles was held on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 1 P.M. from Greenfield Church, with Rev. Billy Ray Lyles officiating. Burial was at the church cemetery. Beck Funeral Home, Inc was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Peebles, 89, of Philadelphia, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at her residence.
She is survived by four children, James Nelson Peebles, Joe Allen Peebles, Dwayne Peebles, and Connie Peebles all of Philadelphia, MS, 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Cortez Peebles, Darius Peebles, Anthony Monroe, Jamaal Peebles, Anthony Monroe, and Nikeem Carter.
