Barbara Susan Stegall

Funeral Services were held for Barbara Susan Stegall on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from McClain-Hays Chapel with Bro. Ronnie Gomillion officiating. Interment followed in the North Bend Community Cemetery. McClain-Hays Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Barbara Susan Stegall was born in New Jersey and raised in Philadelphia. She graduated from Neshoba Central in 1975 and moved to Texas after graduation and then moved back to Philadelphia in 1995. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and loved animals and the Dallas Cowboys.

Survivors include sons, Brian Murphey (Danyelle) and Brad Murphey (Cathy); daughter, Shannon Harrison (Boo); 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister, Jane Smitherman; brothers, Bill and Jack Jones; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Ms. Stegall was preceded in death by husband, Larry (Fatboy) Murphey; parents, Henry and Marlene Robertson; brother, Robert Jones.
