Attempted break-in at pharmacy under investigation

An attempted break-in at a Philadelphia pharmacy early Friday is under investigation.

Philadelphia Police received a 911 call at 5:59 a.m. about a possible break-in at Hospital Discount Drugs on Holland Avenue, officials said in a Facebook post.

Police arrived on the scene at 06:03 a.m. to find that no one made entry into the building, but they had attempted to break in the front door.

If anyone has any information about this attempted break-in, they are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-855-485-8477 or the Philadelphia Police Department at 601-656-2131. The case remains under investigation and police say they have a video that will be forthcoming.
