Anthen Johnson, Jr.

Funeral service for Mr. Anthen Johnson, Jr. were held at 10 AM Friday, January 6, 2023 at Pearl River Facility Building with Rev. Travis Willis officiating. Interment will be in the Phillips Cemetery. Visitation began at 4 PM Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Pearl River Facility Building. John E. Stephens Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Johnson, 50, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 at his home. He was a Raiders fan and enjoyed going to the shooting range, watching Sci-fi and documentaries.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthen Johnson Sr. and Ivora Willis; sisters, Sylvia Louise Hickman, Deborah Hickman Bell, Miranda Johnson Wallace; brothers, Jeffery Dale Hickman, Darryl Drufuss Hickman, Leonard Wayne Hickman, Flavian Roger Hickman.

Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Johnson; daughters, Kalah Clemons, Kerrigan Clemons; sister, Angela Hickman John; 6 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Ashley Denson, Asante Johnson, Clayshaun Clayton, Dayshaun Clayton, Richard Bell, Damon Bell, Brandon Lewis, Micha Lewis; honorary pallbearers are Austin Hickman, Chris Willis, Ira Hickman, Marshall Bell.
